Domestic Retail Shipping

Standard Shipping

Domestic orders include those shipping to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Depending on shipment weight, orders will ship either First Class or Priority Mail through the U.S. Post Office or through UPS ground delivery. All shipments will include tracking information.

Shipping costs for all domestic retail orders other than samples is $5.00 regardless of weight, size, or units. Processing time for your order will be 1 to 2 business days and products are typically delivered within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Orders are shipped as "no signature required" by default for residential addresses. Deliveries to business addresses typically do require a signature. If you would like for your delivery to require a signature, please indicate this in the notes section of your checkout page.

Orders containing only Salon Naturals Gift Cards will be shipped via First Class U.S. Mail. The delivery of Salon Naturals eGift Cards will be delivered by email to the recipient.

Expedited Shipping

Orders requiring 2nd day or overnight shipping can be accommodated and rates are indicated on the checkout page. Please note that processing time for your order will still be 1 to 2 business days. However, please call 800-985-3121 if you need for this to be processed more immediately. We are happy to assist with this when possible.

International Retail Shipping

Salon Naturals has partnered with MyUS.com for reliable, convenient and cost-friendly delivery of international shipments.

Although Salon Naturals does currently ship to international addresses via U.S. Post Office First Class or Priority Mail services, these shipments are not trackable and we can not be responsible for lost or damaged international shipments.
