Salon Naturals is committed to providing you an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not happy or satisfied with a Salon Naturals product, please return it to our fulfillment warehouse for either a refund, exchange or account credit.

Products must be returned within 60 days of the order date to receive a refund. After 60 days, a Salon Naturals gift card or Salon Naturals account credit will be issued.  **Please note that samples sizes are not eligible for return, refund or store credit.**

If you received a free product or free gift with the item you wish to return, this free product or gift must accompany the return for a refund to be issued. Salon Naturals gift cards or account credits will be issued in the event the free product can not be returned also.

Original shipping charges can only be refunded if the product is defective or shipped incorrectly due to an error on the part of Salon Naturals.

In the case of shipping damages or a lost shipment, we will gladly work with you to contact the carrier and expedite a damage claim.

To return a product to Salon Naturals:

  • Repackage your products along with any accompanying gifts along with your original invoice for the order.
  • If you no longer have your invoice, please go to your account page on the Salon Naturals site and reprint the applicable invoice for inclusion with your return.
  • Email or call Salon Naturals to request a return authorization number. Note this number on the original invoice and include with your return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return such as UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Post Office insured mail. Salon Naturals does not accept COD's for return merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Salon Naturals will issue a refund within 30 business days of receipt of your return. It may take as many as two billing periods for your credit to appear on your statement. Please contact us if you have any questions about your credit.
